We are searching for a full time Wholesale Nursery Sales Associate who will assist our wholesale customers with their plant purchases. Plant knowledge is helpful, but not required. If you are a successful and motivated sales person who would be willing to learn about plants, shrubs, trees, and enjoys working outdoors, we would like to speak to you.

What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service to our landscape and wholesale customers by identifying their needs and helping with their purchasing decisions.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns.
• Promote Homestead Gardens products and services.
• Maintain a safe and appealing shopping environment.
• Continuously update your knowledge of our products and services.
• Learn and become proficient in our point of sale and inventory system.
• Ensure products have a current price.
• Attend annual trade show to learn more about the industry products and services.
• Other duties as assigned to facilitate the team.

What You'll Bring:

• Must have excellent customer service skills and able to build relationships with area landscape customers
• Great communication skills in person, on the phone, and through email
• Sales background preferred
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Positive attitude and be willing to learn and be part of a team
• Basic computer skills
• Position requires working outdoors in all types of weather when required
• Able to work a flexible Monday - Saturday schedule during peak season
• Forklift or heavy equipment knowledge a plus
